RDCRN Call for Abstract Submissions
Deadline: September 26, 2018
The Rare Diseases Clinical Research Network (RDCRN) Training Committee is requesting abstracts for consideration to present at the RDCRN Steering Committee Meeting to be held on November 20, 2018 in Rockville, MD. Scholars do not need to be a part of the R25 Training Certificate program or have an affiliation with a RDCRN consortium.
Abstract length should be approximately 250-300 words and describe the scholar’s research and progress. The format of the abstract is at the scholar’s discretion, but a typical objective, background, results, and conclusion format is recommended. The scholar should also provide a short summary of his/her role in the design/undertaking of the project.
The RDCRN Training Committee will review the abstract submissions and select two trainees to receive travel awards to attend the Fall RDCRN Steering Committee In-Person Meeting. Recipients will also give a 10-15 minute presentation.
Abstracts must be submitted by the deadline of Sepember 26, 2018 to Cameron Hainline (Cameron.Hainline@epi.usf.edu).
