Do You Have Hypereosinophilic Syndrome (HES)?

DO YOU HAVE HYPEREOSINOPHILIC SYNDROME (HES)?

  • Are you or your child at least 12 years old?
  • Do you have a diagnosis of HES?
  • Does your HES require treatment?
