During Eos Connection 2025, we are planning a special field trip for youths to TreeRunners Adventure Park.
APFED will provide round-trip transportation and allergy-friendly boxed lunches at no additional charge. We will send lunch choices for ordering during the week of June 16.
To sign up, you must:
a.) complete the form below and purchase a ticket for each person attending ($42), and
b.) complete the TreeRunner waiver. All waivers are required to be completed in advance.
If you are experiencing financial hardship and affordability is a barrier to your child or teen’s participation, please contact us at conference@apfed.org.
Teens aged 11+: APFED will appoint adult chaperones.
Children ages 7-11: Must have an adult chaperone accompany the child. Tree Runners indicates children ages 10 and up may climb independently, however, children under age 10, or those who do not meet the height, weight, or age requirements below must have an adult climb with them in the “Aerial Forest”. Tree Runners has a minimum age of 7 years old to be able to climb (accompanied by a parent).
Children ages 4-6: The minimum age for Tree Runner’s Ariel Forest is 7. If your child is under age 7, you are still welcome to attend the field trip with us and play mini-golf.
Tree Runner Height, Weight, Age Requirements
- Minimum vertical reach: 6 ft to be able to climb independently, any shorter is allowed but needs a parent to help with the transfers
- Maximum height: 6’4″
- Minimum weight: 60 lbs. Guests under 60 pounds are required to climb with an adult (18+) in the Aerial Forest.
- Maximum weight: 265 lbs
- Minimum age: 7 years old (with parent climbing with them), 10 years old to climb independently
- Maximum age: none!
